“This clinic is amazing. We adopted a cat a year ago with some medical issues, and Dr. Gardner and all the staff have been amazing. The vet techs are top-notch, and scheduling is always easy. The front desk staff is quick to return messages and address any concerns we have. Everything is always communicated very well. I know she is in great hands when she has had to be left for procedures and testing. They even have a cardiologist who comes to the clinic when needed. The clinic is clean, and parking is a breeze.”

They go above and beyond to assist with questions on the phone, and they are friendly and kind in the office. “Dr. Feinberg cared for my sweet girl for almost 16 years, and now he’s caring for my new girl, whom we recently adopted. He treats his four-legged patients as if they were his own, and I always feel confident trusting his recommendations. “After two failed attempts at finding a vet that gave me a good gut feel along with stellar care, I found it. Dr. Gardner and staff took time to explain the issues with both my dogs and to follow up on care. I never felt rushed, taken advantage of, had products unnecessarily pushed, etc. There’s something very soothing about walking into their facility and feeling like the people who work there truly care about animals. In the past, both my dogs would shake upon entry into the vet office and were filled with anxiety. Here, they settled in immediately and felt comfortable. Highly recommend.”

“We absolutely love this place and are so grateful that they are taking new patients again! My dog recently got very bad pancreatitis, and they got him in quickly, and Dr. Bains came up with a great plan of care that was as reasonable and as cost-effective as possible (way better than the VCA proposal!). All of the staff were wonderful, and Dr. Bains in particular went above and beyond, calling to check on my dog several times and taking a quick peek at him during her break one day. We are so happy with the clinic and are bringing our other dog in next week. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve been bringing all of my pets here for years and have never had a bad experience with anyone from reception, through techs, and doctors. Most recently, my dog Sadie had a bad ear infection, while she was getting treated, they found several teeth under her gums that needed to be pulled. Sue made Sadie feel comfortable there and was so helpful in getting Sadie diagnosed properly. She was always there making sure Sadie’s recovery was smooth.”
